Replacement & Refund Policy

At MY.Organics India, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@abcbrands.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

(1) For Products that arrived damaged.

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered with or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email to info@abcbrands.in within 24 hours of delivery along with the pictures of damaged products. After investigation, we will offer you a replacement within 15 working days, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item(s).

(2) In the rare incident that the wrong Product(s) have been delivered.

Kindly intimate us by sending an email to info@abcbrands.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will dispatch the correct Product(s) within 15 working days or if the original Product(s) is no longer available we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item(s) delivered due to error.

Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reasons except for clauses (1) and (2) mentioned above.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased against gift cards.

We recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

All items must be returned in the original condition with the product packaging seal, as sent and delivered by Absolute Beauty Concepts Pvt. Ltd.

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, used, altered, resized (by anyone/entity other than the Company), without the seal or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

Shipping and handling expenses shall be at no charge to the customer and same will be arranged by MY.Organics India

All requests for the return of the product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after which will be accepted & processed.

Once the goods are accepted for return the same shall be replaced within 15 working days except for clause (b).

What will be the mode and duration of my refund?

All refunds will be made through online transfer within one week from the day of request of such refund provided the above conditions are fulfilled.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS RETURN POLICY, milk_shake INDIA RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR DELETE PORTIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS RETURN POLICY AT ANY TIME.
